Find the correct schedule
Use the handbook for the engine, year and variant. Time and distance can both matter. Do not apply a universal interval to every petrol, diesel, hybrid or electric vehicle. Ask a repairer to clarify unclear history or imported documentation.
Separate overdue work from future work
List documented replacements, unknown items and the next due dates. Ask for a prioritised plan with safety concerns first. Confirm the specification of oils and fluids rather than selecting a product only by price.
Review after your driving changes
Heavy loads, short trips and dusty access roads may affect maintenance needs. Describe these conditions to the repairer. Keep invoices and mileage records so the next decision is based on evidence rather than memory.
General information, not a vehicle inspection or confirmation of stock. Budget examples are planning figures. Current prices and availability must be confirmed.
