Have the basics ready
Bring the registration, kilometres, engine details if known and service history. Describe whether your driving is mostly short trips or longer journeys. Mention leaks, noises and warning messages even when booking routine maintenance.
Agree the scope
Ask which fluids, filters and checks are included and which are extra. A generic service name does not tell you whether a particular scheduled replacement is covered. Confirm how you will be contacted if more work is found.
Keep the record
Request an itemised invoice and save the date and mileage. Ask when the next maintenance is due for your exact vehicle. Arrange visits to the Morven base first: an enquiry does not confirm an appointment.
Official information and further reading
Requirements can change. Check the linked authority before completing paperwork or relying on a driving entitlement.
General information, not a vehicle inspection or confirmation of stock. Budget examples are planning figures. Current prices and availability must be confirmed.
