Arrange access before the visit
Describe driveway access, the surface the vehicle is parked on and whether it can move. A level, safe working area may be needed. Some repairs require workshop equipment, parts or recovery; a call-out does not mean every repair can be completed where the vehicle stopped.
Agree the visit and price
